Why haven't I received updates from the tracking number?

If your order is placed outside of Royal Mail or Parcelforce's regular working hours (Monday to Friday before 12:00, excluding bank holidays), your tracking details will be updated on the next working day. This update will occur once your parcel arrives at their Mail Centre. If you're eager to receive your item quickly, we recommend placing your order before Thursday each week to ensure timely processing.
